Gundro ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Gundro EV Charging platform. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our services.

While using our Application, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information includes, but is not limited to:

• Email address
• First name and last name
• Phone number
• Location data (to locate nearby charging stations)
• RFID Card details (for physical authentication at charging stations)

2. Telemetry and Analytics

We collect anonymized telemetry and usage patterns to measure user engagement, app stability, and onboarding funnels. All telemetry is processed on-device and stripped of any Personally Identifiable Information (such as your name, email, or exact coordinates) before being transmitted to our servers.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., payment processing via our secure billing provider) or as required by law.

4. Account Deletion and Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide the charging services. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. You can submit an automated request through the app, or use our public Account Deletion Form. Once requested, your data will be permanently purged or anonymized from our production systems within 30 days.
