Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Gundro EV Charging application.

1. Acceptable Use

By using Gundro, you agree to comply with all local safety and grid regulations. Chargers shared on our platform must be installed by certified electricians and maintained in a safe, working condition.

2. Sharing and Billing

As a Host, you set the pricing and rules for your charger. As a Driver, you agree to pay the fees associated with your charging sessions. Gundro handles session coordination and credit billing. All payments and wallet balances are processed securely and are non-refundable unless a transaction error occurs.

3. Liability Limits

Gundro acts as a coordination platform. We are not liable for physical damages to vehicles, chargers, homes, or property arising from the use of shared charging stations. Hosts and Drivers are encouraged to maintain appropriate liability insurance.

4. Account Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time. Accounts can be deleted inside the application or via the Account Deletion Web Portal. Upon deletion, any remaining wallet balance must be cleared or will be forfeited.
